Just Dropping by

Today its about the whole... about the body and mind. Today I'm staying hydrated, eating well, stretching. We're taking Gma Margie out to dinner. We are nurishing our bodies, spirits, souls, relationships, minds.

Hubby is home so posting will be sparse. Hello out there to blogs world, have a great day!



I'm off to mentally prepare for Clarksburg this weekend. 20 mile race. I'm a little nervous.

Commenting on this one now too. I KNOW - I have totally been a drop out of yoga. Now it's like so much time has passed I'm scared to go back. It's been a month. What if I Can't do any of the moves? I will definately have to go in the back and I hate that. Such a chicken shit. I think I have next Fri off. That seems like a good day to go. ha ha.

Enjoy Grammy and your race. Don't be nervous. I have a 20-miler today (not race) but it'll be fun to think we are racing together....Let me know how your race went.....

A little late, but I'm here to wish you good luck! I read the previous few posts and it seems like you're a tiny bit burnt out. Try to take it a day at a time, and remember, once you start tapering, you'll be panicking and wishing for another week of training! ;)
