If you've done a good taper this week, then you should be ready to race the half marathon. If not and/or you just don't feel like running hard the entire way, then you can treat it as a training run and do MP pace running the whole way or for part of it. If you do decide to race it, you'll want to do a warm-up so you can hit your race pace within the first mile. Otherwise, just use the first couple miles of the race as your warm-up.
